Speed Elite tailors its programs to suit your athletic needs.  Our goal is to have our athletes dominate in the sport of their choice.  Run faster, jump higher, get stronger, improve hand-eye coordination, lost fat and gain muscle. At Speed Elite we want all of our athletes, youth and adult, to become stronger and faster physically but training at Speed Elite will also help you build mental toughness as well.  Our athletes learn a sense of responsibility and learn to reach into themselves to find their very best.  The staff at Speed Elite wants each of our clients to excel not only in sports or fitness but in life.  The staff provides constant encouragement and motivation to help our athletes not only reach their potential but to exceed it.  Our programs are intense and require the client's full cooperation and attention but the results are worth it!

IWhatever your training or fitness goals are the staff at Speed Elite can help you reach them.  Our specialized staff at Speed Elite provides instruction in the following areas:
 

STRENGTH TRAINING
 

Strength training at Speed Elite focuses on lower and upper body as well as the core body (abdomen and back).  We work all areas of the body (legs, chest, arms and core).  Strength training at Speed Elite will help you become stronger and tougher no matter what your sport.  All strength training programs are designed to be mindful of the special considerations of the young athlete's growing body.
 

SPEED AND AGILITY TRAINING
 

The Speed Elite speed and agility training program will you become quicker and more explosive.  Speed and agility are extremely important in every sport so speed and agility are the most important part of any Speed Elite training program so we devote extra time to speed and agility training.  We will work with you to perfect your form, no matter what your sport so that you are the able to maximize the use of your speed and agility.  Other benefits of speed and agility training are increased stamina, flexibility and coordination.
 

NUTRITION  
  The staff at Speed Elite also offers the option of having a personalized nutrition program developed specifically to meet the needs and goals of each individual client.


ADULT TRAINING

  In addition to training our younger athletes to be the best they can be, Speed Elite also offers programs for the adult athlete and for adults who don't participate in any particular sport but who are interested in increasing their overall fitness level.  Our adult programs are highly intensive and focus on burning fat and gaining muscle.  Particularly popular is our program for parents who transport their children to the ice rink for practice each week and who have decided to use that time to enhance their health by working out at Speed Elite.  To further enhance your results, Speed Elite also offers nutrition programs for adults that are tailored to work in combination with your exercise program to help you reach your goal.  Whether you need to lose weight or you just want to tone up and get more fit, Speed Elite can get you to where you want to be.
